Rachel Downen
Rachel was the daughter of Felix Mills (1799-1873) and Rachel Owens (1805-1880). She was born on 2 November 1831 in Posey County, Indiana, USA.
She married Timothy Downen (1830-1898) on 1 March 1849 in Posey County. They had the following children:

Virgil Downen (1853-1853)
Angeline Downen (1854-1919)
Joseph L. Downen (1856-1927)
Felix Downen (1858-1900)
George T. Downen (1860-1932)

Romelia J. Downen (1866-1921)
I have been unable to locate Timothy and Rachel in the 1850 census. The first time they can be seen together is in the 1860 census, living in Robinson Township in Posey County. (census image here)
Rachel died on 23 June 1866 in Robinson Township. She is buried in the Timothy Downen Cemetery in Posey County, where her husband Tim's father and grandfather are buried, and where both her parents would be buried within 15 years of her passing. From the description I have read of the cemetery from Darlene McConnell's book Posey County Burials Missions Accomplished Volume III, Rachel's headstone is broken in half and the part of the tablet with the death date on it has become separated from the rest of the memorial.
Rachel's husband Timothy remarried the next year, to Mary E. Keeling. Mary died in 1894 and Timothy died in 1898; the two of them are buried in Mount Pleasant Cemetery near Mount Vernon in Posey County, which is not far from the Timothy Downen Cemetery.
