US Military Cemeteries Within the US Administered by the US Army (excluding Arlington National Cemetery)
This is a pretty small category, but one that is distinct from cemeteries managed by the US NPS or the veterans' cemeteries admnistered by different states and territories. At this time there are literally only three cemeteries that fall into this category, and one of them (Arlington) does have its own grave locator system distinct from the VA system, leaving these two cemeteries in a category by themselves.
These cemeteries can be searched through the US VA Nationwide Grave Locator System, but are administered by the Army and not the VA. They do not have search pages where only the people within that cemetery can be searched on, unlike the national cemeteries managed by the VA.
If you found this page from clicking on one of the cemetery pages, it means that (as of July 2022) I have found no individual search screen on the web for these particular cemeteries. They can still be searched from the VA system by choosing the correct cemetery name from the pull down menu to choose a cemetery within the VA search screen.
If I find a cemetery has had an individual search screen added for it I will add that URL to the cemetery page so it will no longer point to this page. It wouldn't surprise me if West Point were to eventually add its own search page, but I doubt very much if there will ever be one for the Soldiers & Airmens' National Home Cemetery, it seems to be treated as a bit of an afterthought.
