Cemetery Notes	The cemetery is east of the Cook County Health Department complex between an access road and 159th Street. There are no marked graves, although the cemetery was used from 1911-1971, apparently as a kind of potter's field. The address and zip code are shown as Oak Forest but apparently the health complex is outside the city, either in an unincorporated part of Cook County or in Markham. I've left it as Oak Forest because that's what the Cook County Health Department shows as their address, although they've transposed some of the digits in the zip code on their website (Smooth move guys!). I have no idea where the records are kept for those who were buried here. The people I've been finding who are supposed to be here are from either Illinois death records which list the cemetery, or from Cook County death records which also list the cemetery. It may be better to just think of this place as one large mass grave rather than get hung up on the details of exactly where people are who were buried here.
