GLS Contact & Information submittal policies
To send us photos, within a people record page click on the link "Send us photos, request a photo, send updates or corrections" and modify the email address as instructed, then attach a photo or photos to the email. If you wish to upload more than a few photos please contact us to set up other arrangements to upload your photos.
Only send us photos if you OWN the copyright (i.e., own the photo, that means you took it yourself). Old family photos are fine as long as they are not copyrighted or any copyright has expired.
To request a marker photo be posted, within a people record page click on the link "Send us photos, request a photo, send updates or corrections", modify the email address as instructed, and please insert in the email message body that you would like for a photo to be taken and posted to the page. Please be aware reshoots of markers that already have photos will not necessarily be a very high priority, but they will be added to our list of requested photos.
To submit additional information or any corrections, within a people record page click on the link "Send us photos, request a photo, send updates or corrections", modify the email address as instructed, and enter the information within the message body of the email. Please provide sources; updates or corrections that are missing sources will be returned for more information, or ignored if we are too busy.

Our apologies for the extra work in emailing us and we appreciate your patience. Unfortunately making it easy for people to email us also makes it easy for bots and spiders to find our email address and the more spam we have to go through the less time we have to document burials and respond to legitimate emails.
