A couple of notes on why her names show up this way.

Her maiden name is Hoffman, and her mother's maiden name was Abramowitz, although some records show it as Abrams.

She married George Edward Beirdneau in 1956 and they were divorced in 1968. In 1969 she married Roy F. Barton, and they were divorced in 1972.

So you would expect her to keep one of those two names, and she did. According to the social security DMF her surname is Beirdneau, and this is how she is listed on the Forest Lawn website.

My guess is someone in her family ordered the marker (usually what happens, if you don't order it yourself) and maybe they weren't too keen on either of her husbands so they put her maiden name on the marker.

I have put Barton in as a prior surname because that was her surname, but I left Beirdneau as the final surname since all the legal records seem to match it. I guess I will put in an AKA for her maiden name since that's on her marker.
