Alfred and Marian Parker were buried at the New Wesleyan Cemetery in what is now University City, Missouri. The cemetery was closed in 1952 and apparently all the bodies removed to other cemeteries. Since most of the bodies were apparently reinterred at nearby Memorial Park Cemetery in either Normandy or Jennings, Missouri (it's the same cemetery I just don't know which town or city it's actually in). I don't know if there's any easy way to find out if Alfred and Marian's remains were moved to that cemetery or not, but I have taken the liberty of assuming they were moved to the newer cemetery. Find A Grave has allowed something completely useless for their memorials, which is attaching them to a cemetery that is known to no longer exist.

While I was looking up the New Wesleyan Cemetery I found a page on the Saint Louis Library website dealing with the cemetery and what records they have available on it (a few of which are online but sadly most are not). Here's a link to that page:
