Cannot find on FL website as of 1/16/22 but the obit is unambiguous and there appear to be unused grave spaces near his father's grave where he might be interred.

John Castleman Hutsler

February 22, 1957 - January 7, 2022

Our beloved John Castleman Hutsler passed away peacefully after a courageous 18-month battle with small cell lung cancer. He never gave up and he never complained. John was generous, warm, funny, smart, thoughtful, loyal and kind. Everyone who met John loved and respected him. Everyone he touched benefited in some way from his kindness and generosity.

John sailed around the world in 1977 with Semester at Sea - the beginning of his lifelong love of travel and the start of many close friendships. John graduated from USC in 1978 and remained a loyal and enthusiastic supporter of the Trojan football team. After obtaining his Master of International Management at Thunderbird Graduate School in 1982, John worked for Hughes Aircraft in Radar Systems and in Space and Communications. He loved building computers and turned that passion into a still-thriving business: Practical Computer Solutions, Inc. was John's creation. He helped many small businesses with their computer needs for almost a quarter century. Before forming PCS in 1993, John sourced product all over Asia, the UK and Italy for Loui Michel Cie picture frames.

John was a cat person, a golfer, a great skier and an avid aviation enthusiast. He thrived on bringing family and friends together for celebrations - he was the glue that held all of us together. John was loved and supported by the many friends he made in AA and in the Veterans Holiday Celebration group. When the Covid pandemic struck he was instrumental in single-handedly getting the AA community up to speed on Zoom meetings. John proved to be eerily prescient by promoting virtual meetings to his AA group years before the pandemic.

John is survived by his wife of 25 years, Patty Hutsler, his mother Marie Hutsler Rolf, sister Margaret Sasena, brother Frank Hutsler, (he was predeceased by his sister Shelley Hutsler and his father John C. Hutsler) and nieces and nephews: Michael Sasena; Shelley Keeney; Jennifer Sasena; Jamie Hutsler; John A. Hutsler; Michael Hutsler; Maxwell Stefan and Elizabeth Stefan.

The burial at Forest Lawn Glendale will be private for family. Details of the celebration of John's life will be forthcoming. In memory of John, please consider making a donation to the American Cancer Society.
