Mrs. Vera Bradbury

Mrs. Vera Bradbury, 66, of Los Angeles, formerly of Kansas City, died yesterday in Los Angeles. She was born in Oklahoma and had lived in Kansas City, Kansas, 20 years before moving to California in 1941. She was a retired bank bookkeeper. Mrs. Brandbury (sic) was a member of the Free Methodist Church. She was an active supporter of the Life Line Children's Home. She leaves a sister, Mrs. Beulah Meyer, 3107 S. 7th, Kansas City, Kansas, and a half sister, Mrs. Ellen Eklund, Los Angeles.

The person who put her into Find A Grave thinks she is in Forest Lawn Glendale. The only problem with their theory is that she doesn't appear in the Forest Lawn records, and the person putting her in used the plot location of her husband as her plot location. It would be plausible, except that her husband was buried in what is normally a single burial location, not a dual or multiple burial location. You can't tell from the marker because there is no marker.

Someone on Family Search thinks she is buried in the same cemetery in Kansas City, Kansas, where her sister Rose Beskin is buried. I found the phone number for that cemetery so when I get a chance I will call the cemetery and see if they have any information on her.

I did find her obituary but unfortunately it has no information on where she was buried. If I find more information on her I will update this record.
