There is one glaring error on her find a grave memorial, she died in Richmond, Virginia, not Los Angeles, California. That does lead into an interesting puzzle, why was she buried in California around six months after she died in Richmond? One clue may lie in her Virginia death certificate, which states that her body was to be sent to Chillicothe, Ohio, for burial. Obviously, if she was sent there, she didn't stay there for very long. I have a suspicion there might be a really interesting story or two about that journey, but unfortunately, since it happened over 99 years ago now, we will probably never know what actually happened or why it happened, as all the people involved with the decision making processes and the details of her body making that journey are now long dead.
