The User List appears on the left side of the Security window and has two columns, the Usercode and the User Name. To change the settings for a user, highlight that person's name on the list and modify the security settings on the right or choose an option such as Reset Password. You can sort the User List by user code by clicking on the Usercode caption at the top of the Usercode column, or sort by the name of the user by clicking on the Name caption at the top of the Name column. To reverse sort a column click the caption again.
Double clicking on a name on the User List will not open that user record -- in order to look at other user preferences such as the Data Entry Defaults you will need to close the Security window and open the Users screen by clicking on the Users box on the right side of the Administration window.
